Hôtel Sainte-Anne and the fight against the coronavirus
At Hôtel Sainte-Anne, and the health and safety of our guests and employees is of the outmost importance. Following the COVID-19 pandemic, we have taken additional measures to limit the spread of the disease, as recommend by Quebec’s National Health Institue.
What is Hotel Sainte-Anne doing to prevent the spread of COVID-19?
Check-in and check-out without contact (credit card payment is preferred)
Reception desk protected by a plexiglass
Hand sanitizer available by the front desk
Limit of one person/family in the elevator, and 2-meter distance enforced in lobby
Rigorous cleaning and sanitation of the rooms and common areas
No staff member entering rooms during stays - we therefore no longer offer daily cleaning
Masks mandatory inside
Employees will be staying home if they are presenting symptoms of COVID-19
How can I make things easier during my stay?
Make sure to provide us with complete contact information, including an email address. This allows Hôtel Sainte-Anne to contact you directly and send you all important documents relating to your reservation.
When making the reservation, use the credit card you want to use for payment. This way, when you arrive, you’ll just have to grab your keys and start enjoying Quebec City!
Let us know when your time of arrival and departure. We have had to shorten our opening hours due to COVID-19. Letting us know when you arrive or leave allows us to make sure there will be someone at the desk to assist you, or to provide you with the proper instructions in case there isn’t.
Please, keep on mind that an early check in or late check out will have to be confirmed with the hotel. Fees may apply.
Make sure you book the correct room type. There are now restrictions in place that forbid the hotel from showing different rooms to guests.
Respect the physical distancing recommendations with our staff members and guests. Follow the World Health Organizations guidelines: cough and sneeze in your elbow, wash your hands often…
Remember to wear a face mask when outside of your room.
Call the front desk instead of going downstairs when possible.
Be kind! Our staff is doing their best to assure you enjoy a wonderful and safe stay with us. Everyone, staff included, is dealing with new restrictions that take some time getting used to.
We trust our guests will act responsibly. In case of any doubt regarding your health, or if you show symptoms of COVID-19, we ask you to please cancel your stay.

If, at any time during your stay, we feel like you may be endangering or disrespecting our staff and/or guests and their health and safety, you will be forced to leave the property. No refund will be offered to guests that must be expelled.
